Who Am I?

I’m Caroline, Registered Nurse, Level 6 Nutrition & Weight Management Specialist and Menopause & Sleep Coach.

After life-changing surgery, weight gain, and being diagnosed with 6 autoimmune conditions, I realised the “diet advice” out there wasn’t helping. So, I retrained in nutrition, re-educated myself, and focused on whole foods that supported my body, brain, sleep, hormones, and energy.

The result? I lost over 5 stone, boosted my self-esteem, and found balance again.

Now I help women do the same, with nurse-led, no-nonsense support that’s about real nutrition, lasting change, and confidence without guilt.

1:1 Coaching

Personal, calm, and compassionate support tailored to you. Perfect if you’re ready to go deeper, want hands-on accountability, or prefer a quiet, private space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Choose from 3, 6 or 12 sessions, your pace, your path.

Group Programme

Flexible learning, with or without live support. Choose to work weekly with me for guidance and accountability or follow the programme as a self-led reset. Includes meal plans, recipes, mindset tools, and real-world hormone support, without calorie counting, points, or pressure.

Membership
